Honestly, Bumble Bee Cleaning saved my life this week! After a brutal workweek with a party deadline staring me down, I was running on total empty. I messaged them in a complete panic at 8:00pm, and they had a team at my door at 7:00am the next morning.

I’ve never hired a cleaning service before, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but they made the whole process so easy. The quality of their work was well beyond my expectations. They were extremely thorough, going above and over with detail. While they handled the deep stuff, like seriously scrubbing walls, baseboards, and cabinets, I was actually able to catch my breath and handle my own prep list without losing my mind.

The team was so kind, and sweet. I am officially a customer! Do not hesitate to hire them!

We had a deep cleaning and we feel that they did not schedule enough time to clean the entire salon adequately. They had stated that 2 hours would be enough time but at our scheduled opening we were outside with our first customer of the day waiting while they were still rushing to complete the floors which did not get as clean as they should have been with some missed areas - chair mats, the floor under the chair mats, corners, under the front desk and some areas not as clean as they should have been. We would welcome the crew back to complete the cleaning and a re-review followup.

We recently had a deep cleaning done at our salon. While the initial 2-hour window wasn't quite enough time to get everything completely finished before we opened, the management and crew handled the situation perfectly.
When we reached out about a few missed spots on the floors and under the chair mats, they immediately took accountability. They came back out, recleaned the floors thoroughly, and did a fantastic job. The salon looks great, and their responsiveness and commitment to making things right is much appreciated. We highly recommend them for their excellent customer service!

Responsive, efficient, and a job well done! I reached out on a Sunday and got scheduled immediately for a Tuesday cleaning. I expected the clean to take a couple of hours but the crew were done after about an hour - I was so impressed! Will definitely work with them again.

Wonderful deep cleaning of my house. Only thing which could be different is if they returned the furniture, pillows and throws to their original place.
